It is located in Sillim, a quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is located next to Seoul National University. It is also close to public transport, making it easy to access and get around !
For the subway you can take the ligne 1 at Seoul National Univ. Venture Town Station exit 2.
It’s a 15 min’ walk !
And for the bus, there is a stop bus a 5 min’ walk.
You will also find a supermarket close by just 1 min’ walk away and there are several restaurants and coffee.
You could relax in one of the many parks !
There are many popular districts around The Dream House, like Samseong, Daehak, Seorim and Nangok.
There is lots to see and discover !
The goshiwon has 40 rooms and offers a shared living room, kitchen, laundry room and a terrace.
Commons areas are clean daily.
You will feel right at home !
The accommodation has everything you need ! There are many things like a water purifier, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, kitchen tableware.
We also supply rice, ramen and tea.
You can make your own food !
It is also equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, internet and WiFi.
For your safety and comfort, we have installed electronic door locks and we have set up a video surveillance system.
The goshiwon has fire extinguishers, fire alarms and a first aid kit.

All our rooms have private toilets and showers. Rooms are also equipped with a bed, desk, chair, closet, storage, stand lighting, electric fan and bedding.
