The common areas also include a laundry room with washing machines, dryers that you can use at any time, and laundry detergents is included
The building also features a shower room, a gym, a study room and a communal lounge.
Cleaning is done by a professional company three times a week to take care of common facilities, garbage and recycling.
There are 3 types of rooms: S Type, M Type and the P Type rooms.
All three are equipped with bed, desk, chair, storage, refrigerator and stand lighting.
The entire building is a non-smoking area.
