Make your next trip to Sokcho
Let's discover Sokcho together !
Do you know the city of Sokcho, South Korea ?
I was lucky enough to be able to visit Sokcho as a guest of Staykorea and discover this magnificent city.
Sokcho is a quiet seaside town on korea’s east coast. It has a particularity of being just a suitable for hikers as it is for those wishing to relax on the beach, as it is located next to the Seoraksan mountain and also has some very beautiful beaches.
The quickest way to get to Sokcho is by bus, which takes 2 h20 and costs between 13,000 ₩ and 26,000 ₩, roughly between $9.50 and $19.
🚌
As everywhere, Sokcho offers several accommodation options, but I had the pleasure of staying in two guesthouses that I recommend.
First of all, if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and want to meet new people and have fun, I’d recommend the Mar Inn guesthouse. The Mar Inn guesthouse offers dormitory accommodation and evening social events, perfect for meeting new people.
However, if you prefer to have your own room, I recommend the Haru guesthouse. The Haru guesthouse offers well-equipped rooms and breakfast. You’ll find comfort that will make you feel right at home.
🏠
For my part, I was able to benefit from bus and accommodation advantages because I have a contract with Staykorea.
