Following a complete remodeling, shared facilities are kept clean and convenient. Amenities include a ramen maker, water purifier, refrigerator, induction stove, rice cooker, and kitchenware, with complimentary ramen and rice provided to help you save on food expenses.

At the entrance lounge, a coffee machine is available for daily Starbucks coffee, while the beverage fridge stocks bottled water and zero-calorie drinks to meet the needs of various generations.

Additionally, we provide a printer and laptop for convenient use without the need for a print shop visit. Two washing machines and dryers are available, with complimentary detergent and fabric softener provided.
